This article examines the FANi app and its role in simplifying administrative processes connected with European Union agricultural subsidies. Agricultural support programs require the collection, management, checking, and exchange of considerable amounts of information. Digital applications can help reduce manual work by bringing administrative steps into a more structured workflow. The article considers how a mobile and digital solution can support users involved in agricultural subsidy procedures and make information easier to manage. A well-designed application can improve communication between users and authorities, reduce repeated data entry, and make relevant information available during different stages of an administrative process. Geospatial information can also provide an important context because agricultural areas, parcels, and land-use information are closely connected to location. Digital systems can therefore help combine administrative information with geographic data and make processes more transparent and efficient. The article highlights the practical value of simplifying complex procedures through digital tools while recognizing the importance of reliable data, clear interfaces, and consistent processes. By reducing unnecessary administrative effort, applications such as FANi can support more efficient management of agricultural funding processes. The discussion illustrates the wider role of digitalization in modern public administration and shows how user-oriented applications can contribute to more accessible and efficient services.
